The brief
A more efficient building, from the roof down.
Kinrise asked Eco Providers to develop an energy optimisation proposal for its Leeds city-centre property. The building combines offices and restaurant spaces, with energy efficiency a key priority.
The client’s ambition was to work towards an A-rated EPC. We designed and installed a solar PV system across the available flat roof, helping the property generate electricity where it is used.
